Eligibility Criteria for LBSNAA Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of LBSNAA Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s eligibility criteria according to their posts are mentioned below:

For Administrative Officer-

• The candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; OR
• The candidates should have 02 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 6500-10900 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and
• The candidates should Have 02 years’ experience in Establishment and Accounts matters.

For Assitant Administrative Officer-

• The candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; OR
• The candidates should have five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto regularly in the pay level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
  Officers holding the post of Superintendent with three years of regular service in the grade may also be considered.
• The candidates should possess two years’ experience in Establishment and Accounts Matters.

For Upper Division Cleark-

• The candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
• The candidates should have Level-2, Rs. 19900-63200, with at least eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent in PB-I [Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900 (Pre-revised)] / in the parent cadre or department].

For Stenographer (Grade II)-

• The candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis; and
• The candidates should have 12th class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University and
• The candidates should have Skill Test Norms- Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m.; Transcription: 50 mts (English), 65 mts. (Hindi) on computer only.
