Essential Qualifications for REC Recruitment 2023:

• The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA or PGDM course with a specialisation in finance and a good academic record from a recognised university or institution. Preference would be given to a chartered accountant.
• Officers of Organised Group ‘A’ Accounts Services, i.e. Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P&T Accounts & Finance Service and Indian Cost Accounts Service, working at the appropriate level, are exempt from these educational qualifications
• If you are applying from the Central Government, the Armed Forces of the Union, the All India Services, or the Organised Group “A” Accounts Services, you should have a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA, or PGDM.

Experience Required for REC Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the candidates must have the required experience for the mentioned post

• The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management and Accounts in an organization of repute
• Applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services should have at least five years cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/Corporate Accounts
• The relevant experience’ in respect of applicants from the Central Government or Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of corporate financial management and corporate accounts.

Age Limit for REC Recruitment  2023:

Referring to the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit for the relevant post is 45 years old.

Salary for REC Recruitment  2023:

In the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will receive a monthly payment between Rs. 180000- and 340000 (IDA)

Tenure for REC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
