Ph.D. in Sciences

Physics:

• A master’s degree in physics, applied physics, or material science (first class with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or a CGPA ≥ 6.5 (out of 10) in UG and PG) should have qualified for the GATE/CSIR-NET exam at any time.

Mathematics:
