Essential Qualifications for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

In order to apply for NDMA Recruitment 2023, candidates should have the following essential qualifications for these posts:

For Senior Consultants (Guidelines ME):

• Candidates should have a master’s degree or equivalent in disaster management or related fields.
• Candidates should be retired government employees with grade pay of Rs.8700 (pre-revised)/ Level 13 and above (7th CPC). Candidates with experience in handling disaster situations would be preferred.

Desirable:

• Candidates should have a degree of M.Phil. or Ph.D. in disaster management or related fields.

For Senior Consultants (Guidelines HADR):

• Candidates should have a master’s degree or equivalent in disaster management or related fields.

Required Experience for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

For Senior Consultants (Guidelines ME):

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the conduct of the multistate, state, UT, district-level disaster-related mock exercises and table exercises or in relevant fields

Desirable:

• The candidates should have worked with a government agency, a leading regional or international organization, or a public sector agency dealing with disaster management.

For Senior Consultants (Guidelines HADR):

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing HADR support to other countries as well as conducting HADR exercises or in the relevant fields.

Desirable:

• The candidates should have worked with a government agency, a leading regional or international organization, or a public sector agency dealing with disaster management.

Salary for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

As indicated in the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, the candidates who are selected in the mentioned posts will get a monthly salary of Rs 125,000–Rs 175,000 for both posts.

Duration of assignment for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for these posts will be assigned for 3 months and 27 days for both posts.
