As informed by the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience for the post of Manager Civil (CSW), Manager (P-Way), and candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience for the post of Manager (Operations). The maximum age of the candidates should not be more than 40 years old

Referring to the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, the nature of the appointment of the selected candidates is contractual for a period of 3 years. The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side giving 3 months’ notice or by paying the contractual remuneration of three months in lieu of the notice period if the circumstances so warrant.
