• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in the Dari language with English as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level from a recognized University OR Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with English as a compulsory or elective subject from a recognized university or institution.
• Candidates should have a diploma in the Dari language with interpretership or translation standards from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India.

For Assistant Director General of Shipping:

• Candidates should have a degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Experience– – Candidates should have 5 years of experience in administration and establishment matters.
