Overview:

Pepsico is hiring an experienced Business Intelligence – Associate Manager at their Hyderabad location. This critical role translates datasets into digestible, actionable insights for the DX Shopper Insights team. The key to success in the position is the ability to execute against multiple priorities at once while maintaining awareness of meeting the required deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • DX Service Catalogue Support
  • Market & Shopper Research -> Create Dashboard based on Research Output & Work with Business Stakeholder on training / content shareouts
  • Category Drivers of Performance Shopper Insights Specific Metrics
  • Scorecarding & Tracking -> Shopper Insights Specific Metrics
  • Metrics like -> Baskets, Trips – By Brand, Category, Channel, Retailer
  • Replicate Retail Trade Update + Dive Deeper
  • Marketplace Ad Reporting (Numerator)
  • Maximize Usage of Numerator Panel Data & Build Reporting with Shopper Insights Manager
  • DX Sharepoint Management & Building
  • Create a destination for business stakeholders & content users to access DX information
  • Maintenance and management of new content & User Experience Improvements based on feedback
  • PowerBI Visualization Improvements for Existing Shopper Insights Capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Support Demand Accelerator Shopper Insights team with delivery of insights
  • Partner with Shopper Insights for on-going needs regular reporting & creating new best practices
  • Support shopper team in ad-hoc reports through data and customer feedback
  • Support simplification, standardization and digitization efforts
  • Create visualizations to be used in explaining and clarifying difficult concepts and analytical insights
  • Support relationships with the key end-user stakeholders
  • Own flawless execution of analytics exercises
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders, requesters and end service users
  • Deliver outputs in line with the agreed timelines and formats while updating existing project management tools
  • Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the requested outputs
  • Improve existing processes based on frequent Business Partner & end-user feedback loop

Qualifications

  • An experienced analytics profession in a leading consumer goods company. 4 years+ experience
  • Proven experience in reporting / analytics / developing visualizations of data
  • Development Experience with Visualization platforms and expertise with PowerBI
  • Familiarity with Shopper & Category reporting / KPIs
  • High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRi (POS and HH panel) etc
  • Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to address business questions in a robust way that translates to simple outputs
  • Proficient with Power Point and Excel
  • Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets
  • Can easily see how insights/research learning can improve businesses impact and frames up reporting efforts and opportunities to inform business decisions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any disciple.
  • Excellent Communication skills & proficiency in English language
