Overview:

Bosch is hiring an experienced Process expert Supply Chain Planning (Customer, production and procurement planning) – Kinaxis at their Bangalore location. You shall have enthusiasm for continuous improvement and high motivation to design, align, document and implement concepts and processes end-to-end.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Innovate: Design and strategic development of future business and IT processes in the area of Supply Chain Planning.
• Shape the future: Design and improve processes, IT and organization together with involved partners from the IT department as well as from the various business divisions. Ensure consistent integration into the end-to-end process chain.
• Take responsibility: Specification and testing of user stories taking into account external and internal customer requirements. Support the realization of prototypes and the implementation of pilots. Documentation of business processes and IT solutions.
• Collaborate: Inform and consult key users and future users in the plants. Support preparation and execution of the roll-out
• Required knowledge competencies and attributes*- Profound system knowledge with respect to SAP APO and/or Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Ideally: Experience with implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse. – Strong process know-how and orientation in the area of P2F (customer, demand, production, supply planning)
• Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities.
• Goal oriented, structured, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, economics, engineering, computer science or comparable.
• Project management qualification is an advantage.
• Proven track record in planning logistics and/ or IT processes in the area of planning logistics; ideally in the automotive/ mobility sector (Bosch Business Sector Mobility).
• Ideally: first experiences as (sub-)project leader in a business environment.
