OPSC Recruitment 2024: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is inviting candidates to fill up the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) under the Department of Energy of the Government of Odisha. There are 86 seats open to grabs for the aforementioned position. In accordance with the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2024, the age limit for the assigned position should be between 21 to 38 years as of 01.01.2023, i.e. applicant must have been not earlier than 02.01.1985 and not later than 01.01.2002. As informed by the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates are based on valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores and interviews.
The selected applicant will get a scale pay in level 12 of the pay matrix under ORSP Rules 2017. The chosen candidate will be placed on probation period for at least 02 years, per the official OPSC Recruitment 2024 notification. Applicants must hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from any university or Institution recognized by the Government or they must be an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Electrical Engineering. Candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees as per G.A Deptt. letter No.9897/Gen date 01.04.2022. Interested candidates who meet the specified eligibility criteria can start the online application process by filling out the application form and uploading the required documents before the deadline. The online application process for OPSC Recruitment 2024 will start from 19.01.2024.
