Qualification and Experience for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualification for applying to MPMRCL Recruitment 2024 as listed below-

For Section Engineer Grade-I/Junior Engineer-Grade-II (on deputation/contract basis)-

• The candidate should have 03 three-year Engineering diploma or higher in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks/ equivalent CGPA from a Govt. recognized university and institute.

Experience-

For Section Engineer- Grade-I-

• The candidate should have Worked/Working in Railways at Level 6 in a CDA Pay Scale of Rs.35400-112400 or above.
• The candidate should have a Worked/Working in equivalent Supervisor Grade I or Transit Regional Metro Rail/ above in System (RRTS)/High Speed Rail. OR
• The candidate should have worked/worked in equivalent Supervisor Grade II for 3 years in Metro Rail/ Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)/High Speed Rail.

For Junior Engineer- Grade II-

• The candidate should have a Worked/Working in equivalent Supervisor Grade II or above in Metro Rail/ Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)/High Speed Rail.

For Section Engineer Grade-I/Junior Engineer-Grade-II (Auto CAD)-

• The candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years and Auto CAD certification/ Diploma in Auto CAD (Civil) from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have an Architectural Structural drawings reinforcement and have experience in the preparation of Drawings and detailing, Fabrication drawings of steel structures, Road Alignment Drawings, Bridge detailing etc. using AutoCAD’s latest version.
• Candidates having relevant experience with Railway / Metro projects / Large Infrastructure projects related to Railway / Metro shall be given preference.
• Exposure to MX Rail, GIS and BIm Modelling, REVIT architecture and structure etc. will be an added advantage.

For Section Engineer Grade-I/Junior Engineer-Grade-II (Surveyor)-

• The candidates should have an ITI/ Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years diploma) from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience in survey work latest modern equipment in Metro Rail, Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)/High Speed Rail/Elevated Railways.

Desirable-

• The candidates should have worked in the past in Metro Rail, Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)/High-Speed Rail/Elevated Railways for at least 03 years will be given preference.

Tenure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

The appointment is made on a contract for deputation basis and the candidates who are selected for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 03 years extendable up to 05 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.

Selection Process for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

The selection of MPMRCL Recruitment 2024 will be made on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated later for the date, time and venue of the interview.
