IIM Sirmaur Recruitment 2024: The Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIMS) is inviting applications from qualified and interested candidates for the post of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor. According to the official notification of IIM Sirmaur Recruitment 2024, candidates should have a maximum age of up to 35 years to apply for the post of Assistant Professor. The selected candidates will be provided a monthly salary up to Rs.159100.
Candidates who have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record are eligible to apply for IIM Sirmaur Recruitment 2024. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. For Assistant Professor (Grade I)-
The candidate must have an FPM or Ph.D. or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout.
The candidate must have at least 03 years of industrial/research/teaching experience, excluding, however, the experience gained while pursuing FPM/Ph.D.
Desirable-
The candidate must have experience of having taught in IITs/IIMs shall be preferred.
The candidate must have a successful track record of teaching, training, research and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
The candidate who has obtained Ph.D. degrees from premier foreign Universities are encouraged to apply.
For Assistant Professor (Grade II)-
The candidate must have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout.
Desirable-
The candidate must have a successful track record of teaching, training, research and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
For Associate Professor-
The candidate must have an FPM or Ph.D. or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout.
The candidate should have at minimum of 06 years of Teaching/Industry/Research experience of which at least 03 years, excluding, however, the experience gained while pursuing FPM/Ph.D., should be at the level of Assistant Professor (Grade 1).
The candidate must have a successful track record of teaching, training, research and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (preferably, listed in ABDC ranking).
Desirable-
The candidate must have experience of having taught in IITs/IIMs shall be preferred. The candidate should have demonstrated leadership in research in a specific area of specialization in terms of having guided Ph.D. students, or Fellow Programme in Management, conference research paper presentations, patents, course development, and/or other recognized relevant academic/professional activities including MDPs, consultancy and research projects.
The candidate who has obtained a Ph.D. degree from premier foreign Universities are encouraged to apply.
For Professor-
The candidate must have an FPM or Ph.D. or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout.
The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs/IISc Bangalore/IIMs/NITIE Mumbai/IISERs (excluding, however, the experience gained while pursuing FPM/Ph.D.).
The candidate must have a successful track record of teaching, training, research, and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (preferably, journals in ABDC ranking).
Desirable–
The candidate must have experience of having taught in IITs/IIMs/International level shall be preferred.
The candidate should have demonstrated leadership in research in a specific area of specialization in terms of having guided Ph.D. students, or Fellow Programme in Management, conferences research paper presentations, patents, course development, and/or other recognized relevant academic/professional activities including MDPs, consultancy and research projects.
The candidate who has obtained a Ph.D. degree from premier foreign Universities are encouraged to apply.
Selection Process for IIM Sirmaur Recruitment 2024:
The selection of IIM Sirmaur Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
