DIC Recruitment 2024: The Digital India Corporation (DIC ) is inviting applications from skilled and qualified candidates for the posts of Deputy General Manager – Training Development, Sr. Manager – Capacity Building, Manager – Training Management, Assistant Manager – Training Coordinator and Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts. According to the official notification of DIC Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
In order to apply for DIC Recruitment 2024, there are a total of 06 seats available for the aforesaid position. The candidate will be assigned to work in New Delhi but transferable to project locations of Digital India Corporation as per existing policy of Digital India Corporation. Educational Qualification and Experience Required for DIC Recruitment 2024:
In accordance with the official notification of DIC Recruitment 2024, the required educational qualifications are mentioned below:
For Deputy General Manager – Training Development –
The candidate should have Master’s degree in any discipline preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related fields in Human Resources, organisational Development etc.
For Sr. Manager – Capacity Building-
The candidate should have Master’s degree in any discipline preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related fields in Human Resources, or organisational Development etc.
For Manager – Training Management –
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
The candidate should have Total 5 years of experience in training & development preferably as Training Facilitator or a similar role.
Experience in conducting atleast 10 trainings & online programs in any learning platform/ tools.
For Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts –
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounts or MBA (Finance).
Desirable-
The candidate should have ICWA/ CA (Inter/ Final)
