Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024:

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 will be provided a monthly remuneration as indicated below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Officer Assistant will be provided a monthly remuneration of Rs.14000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Watchman/Gardener will be provided a monthly remuneration of Rs.8500.
• The selected candidates for the post of FLC will be provided a monthly remuneration of Rs.18000 with a maximum of Rs. 5000 towards conveyance expenses on a reimbursement basis (total Rs.23000).

Qualification and Experience for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024:

For Office Assistant-

• The applicant must be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ B.SC/BBA etc with computer knowledge.
• The applicant must have a knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
• The applicant must be fluent in spoken and written local language.
• The applicant must be fluent in Hindi / English would be an added qualification.
• The applicant must be proficient in MS Office ( Word and Excel ), Tally and Internet.
• The applicant must have skills in typing in the local language is essential, Typing skills in English is an added advantage.

For Watchman/Gardener-

• The applicant must have passed the 7th Standard.
• The applicant must have experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.

For FLC-

• The applicant must have a graduate degree from a recognized University. Preference should be given to having post graduate degree in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social work.
• The applicant must be well conversant with the local language.
• The applicant must possess a flair for teaching and computer knowledge.
• Candidates for the post of FLC counsellor may be selected from the open market.
• Counsellors should have sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, Pension, law, finance, requisite communication and team building skills etc.

Experience-

• The applicant must be an ex-banker (Officer cadre) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in any Nationalized Bank / RRB / Pvt. Bank. OR
• Persons having a minimum of 5 years experience in banking / with related fields, NBFCs / Fls. OR
• Business correspondent / BC-Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience. OR
• Ex RSETI Director with minimum 3 years of experience/Faculty with minimum 5 years of Experience.

Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024:

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the candidates who are selected for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 01 year. BSVS trust will reserve the right for renewal/non-renewal of the contract based on the performance of the candidate during the contract period. The place of posting will be Prayagraj.
