The candidate should have an enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
The candidate should have experience at BAR handling Criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
The candidate should have an Unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
The candidate should have Details of important cases handled by the applicant Advocate.
The candidate should have a minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate required considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor (Subordinate Court), who has experience in handling criminal matters.
