Required Qualifications for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

For F.T.S-

• The candidate should have a PG Degree / Diploma in the concerned speciality from a recognized University only and be registered with the Medical Council.

For P.T.S-

• The candidate should have a PG Degree / Diploma in the concerned speciality from a recognized University only and be registered with the Medical Council.

Experience –

• The candidate should have a minimum of 03 (three) years’ experience after acquiring a PG Degree OR a minimum of 05 (Five) years’ experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring a Diploma.

For Senior Resident Against the Vacant Post of GDMO-

• The candidate should have PG Degree or PG Diploma holders in concerned specialty and be registered with the Medical Council. In the absence of PG-qualified doctors, MBBS graduates who possess at least 2 years of working experience in the concerned speciality will be considered for selection. However, preference will be given to PG-qualified candidate/s.

• The candidate’s upper age should be up to 69 years.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

For Senior Residents (Under residency Scheme for 03 years)-

• The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 03 years with annual evaluation and term renewed every year based on satisfactory performance OR till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

For F.T.S.-

• The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 3 years with annual evaluation and term renewed every year based on satisfactory performance.

For P.T.S-

• The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 1 year. OR till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
