For working officers joining on Direct Recruitment/ Deputation in IDA pay scale-

• The selected applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs. 70000-200000 IDA plus other applicable allowances,

For working officers joining on Deputation in CDA pay scale-

• The selected applicants will get a monthly salary of Scale 15600-39100; Grade pay 7600 (Level 12 in 7th CPC) in CDA plus other applicable allowances

For Retired officers joining on a Reemployment basis-

• The selected applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs. 93200 per month (Consolidated).

For Assistant Manager (Town Planner)-

For working officers joining on Direct Recruitment/ Deputation in IDA pay scale-

• The selected applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs. 50000-160000 IDA plus other applicable allowances.

For working officers joining on Deputation in CDA pay scale-

• The selected applicants will get a monthly salary of 15600- 39100; Grade pay 5400 (Level 10 in 7 th CPC) in CDA plus other applicable allowances.

For Retired officers joining on a Reemployment basis-

• The selected applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs. 63800 p.m. consolidated.

Required Experience for UKMRC Recruitment 2024:

For DGM (Architect)-

• The candidates should have experience in the design of large-scale building/other commercial/institutional projects, the transport sector etc. in Govt./PSU:-

Desirable –

• The candidates should be Designing of architecture, interiors, and landscape of Metro Stations (Elevated & Underground)
• The candidates should be in Design, management and coordination with external consultants, site teams and various system departments for the architectural work of various Stations.
• The candidates should be Designing public/office Institutional buildings with a clear understanding of green Building features.
• The candidates should be Designing Multi-Modal Integration Plans for Metro Stations.
• The candidates should have designed of Station Area on the basis of Transit Oriented Development and similar policies.
• The candidates should have Knowledge of software like Auto CAD, Revit BIM etc.

For Assistant Manager (Town Planner)-

• Candidates should have Experience in DPR preparation, Traffic Studies, Urban Planning, Transport Planning, land monetization and city bye law’s
