• Candidate must have a Degree/Diploma in Adult Education/Social Work/Community Development/ Rural Development/ Women’s Studies/ Communication/Journalism with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized institution
• Applicant must hold a NET/SLET/Ph.D, from any recognized University

Desirable

• Candidate should have at least 3 years experience of teaching in extension/ management of Women’s Development /Adult Education/Non-Formal Education Programmes /Providing technical support to such programmes
• Proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes
• Applicant must have an M.Ed. Degree from any recognized University.
