Overview:

Whirlpool is hiring an experienced Analyst, Sales Development at their Gurugram location. This role will drive sales excellence and channel development through HO lead initiatives and schemes. The Role will also provide technology driven support to the sales team through business process improvement.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Specific trade schemes for relevant channels across categories
  • Oversee execution of plans to achieve sales objectives wrt trade scheme (including timely settlement of schemes)
  • Review scheme efficacy and improve current programs by analyzing the performance against the KPIs assigned
  • To ensure timely submission for trade Scheme Proposals, Budget allocation,
  • Key operationalization parameters as per aligned timelines
  • Generate & publish business dashboards for all stakeholders.
  • Sub Dealer Management – Drive numeric reach & increase throughput
  • The position would be responsible for the delivery of Sales and growth objectives through the Sub Dealer Channel
  • Development of the channel through the management and Build-up of the Sub Dealers through the Loyalty Program, to ensure that the required growth & throughput can be achieved.
  • Conceptualize and implement period Schemes and drivers to achieve Business and Product objectives in the Sub Dealer network
  • Generate and Publish the Business Dashboards for all the stakeholders
  • Drive Aakraman review calls involving region, branches & HO sales team.

Growth Management –

  • Develop and implement Action plans across core categories and to deliver growth objectives
  • Distribution Increase in relevant channels
  • Key Dealer Engagement

Channel Sustainability –

  • Identify key parameters for sustainable business across channels
  • Develop channel wise sustainability matrix at quarterly intervals
  • Cascade the sustainability scorecard to the regions and branch managers
    Identify critical partners and strategize growth plan for them

Minimum Requirements

  • MBA from a reputed business school
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Data Analytics
  • On-site job based out of Gurgaon

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Excellent Functional  knowledge of Sales and Marketing in the FMCG/FMCD domain
  • Working Knowledge of Sales Force Automation Systems like CRM, Customized SFA Systems for FMCG/FMCD, Distributor Management System (DMS) etc
  • Excellent command over Excel, Google sheet.
  • Ability to identify and leverage Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Industries for FMCG/FMCD Sales
