• The officers working in Central Govt./State Govt./ PSUs/ Authorities/Corporations and other Government organisations and holding analogous posts on a regular basis or holding a post in Level 13 of the pay matrix of 7th CPC (or its IDA equivalent) or Level-12 on regular basis. OR

For Pay Level-12-

• The officers working in Central Govt./State Govt./ PSUs/ Authorities/Corporations and other Government organisations holding a post in Level-12 or Level 11 of the pay matrix of the 7th CPC (or its IDA equivalent) on a regular basis.

Qualification and Experience for RLDA Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2024, the required experience and qualifications for the mentioned post are given below:

• The candidate should have a Graduate in Architecture from an institute of national repute, recognized by the Council of Architecture.
• The candidate should have 20 years of experience in the profession.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Architecture.
• The candidate should have total experience, a minimum of 15 years of service experience in Govt. organizations, architectural consultancy firms and academics.

Experience–

• The candidate should have experience in the design and planning of railway stations, metro or airport projects, including experience in property development in these projects and preparation of DPRs of transportation projects.
• The candidate should have experience in external consultant coordination at the planning and design phase as well as dispute resolution during construction projects between various stakeholders.
• The candidate should have full knowledge of relevant building codes, DCR norms, Master Plans, Development Plans, building bylaws, various relevant guidelines and provisions such as environment clearances, various NOCs required for construction of projects etc.
• The candidate should also have sound knowledge of various modern construction practices and the use of various materials. He/ She should have hands-on experience in appraisal regarding technical aspects of aforesaid projects.
• The candidate should have Good knowledge and working experience of ACAD, Sketch-up, BIM software etc. and other similar software. will be an added advantage.
