Overview:

Airtel is hiring an experienced Analyst-P2P at their Gurgaon location. The purpose of this role is to ensure the vertical Banking Operations for smooth timely payouts for local and Forex payments handled for India. This role also requires ensuring the Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met along with liaising with banks for timely fund transfer/ deposits/redemptions and handling other routine International Banking Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Payment Monitoring

• Process domestic & foreign payments for Suppliers, Vendors, and Employees (CTC & NON-CTC) claims as per process and ensure full compliance as per Internal Rules.
• Prepare & compile various weekly/monthly reports pertaining to Process & Financials.
• Prepare fund forecast, cash flow & MIS projections to Corporate/Group Treasury.
• Handle liquidity system and effective cash management system.
• Handle all types of queries related to payments and respond promptly while ensuring FTR.
• Handle all the accounting affairs related to all types of remittances.

Process Optimization

• Identify gaps and improvement areas to enhance the efficiency of the existing processes.
• Study best practices in the industry to inculcate the tools and technologies within the systems.

People Management

• Work closely with the team for seamless execution of the tasks.

Knowledge, Certifications and Experience

• Education Qualification: B.Com/Knowledge of Banking Operations
• Total Experience 2+ years of relevant work experience with Banks/Treasury Operations
• Certifications required (if any) NA
