Overview:

Verizon is hiring an experienced Lead Experience Designer at their Chennai, Hyderabad India locations. You’ll be interacting with business and IT partners on design goals, requirements, and implementation. You will be responsible for exploring and evaluating user needs to build compelling design concepts and experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generating innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities and finding ways to apply those ideas to enhance business results.
• Investigating problem statements and creative intelligence to tackle complicated use cases.
• Crafting solutions based on sound usability principles, research and technical feasibility.
• Conducting user testing to gain insights and understand needs.
• Expressing solutions through design documents such as sitemaps, information architecture, user flows, storyboards, and wireframes.
• Partnering with the broader design team on research and integrating findings into design through an iterative process.
• Performing competitive audits and providing recommendations.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Cross-channel experience.
• Experience in envision, Sketch, and Adobe CC.
• Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Master’s degree with one or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of layout composition, typography, color and interaction design principles.
• Experience across consumer and business customer groups.
