Experience –

• The candidate should have experience in Ammonia- Urea fertilizers Industry related to Ammonia plant operation. The Candidate should be conversant with DCS, ESD systems and troubleshooting in continuous process plants.

For Additional Chief Manager, Senior Manager and Manager- Chemical (Urea)-

• The candidate should have a Full-time regular Engineering Degree/ AMIE in Chemical/ Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60 % marks.

Experience –

• The candidate should have experience in Ammonia-Urea fertilizers Industry related in Urea plant operation.
  The Candidate should be conversant with DCS, ESD systems and troubleshooting in continuous process plants.

For Additional Chief Manager, Senior Manager and Manager- Marketing-

• The candidate should have a B.Sc. (Agri) with an M.Sc. in agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks or (a BSc. (Agri)/ B Tech in any discipline) with a full-time MBA/PGDBM (minimum 60% marks) in (Marketing/AgriBusiness Marketing/Rural Management) recognized by UGC/AICTE.

Experience –

• The candidate should have Marketing experience in the sale of Agri Inputs Fertilizers, organic/Bio-Fertilizers, Agrochemicals and Seeds in the rural market in selling Crop Care Products (Pesticides/Biopesticides/ Plant Growth Promoters) International Marketing/ Fertilizers Imports, Soil, and water analysis, Handling Soil testing Equipment’s including Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Laboratory Research of agriculture, etc in a company of repute.
