For Assistant Manager –

• The candidate should have a First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial / Production Discipline from a recognized University / Institution.

Experience-

• The ideal candidate should have 19 years of (or more) Experience in the R&D department of an automobile company.
• The candidate should have experience in engine development in projects/ combustion development/ engine testing/manufacturing.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of engine systems & components, Emission control and Engine simulation software such as GT power and AVL software modules will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of design-related standards, an understanding of drawings, simulation/optimization. Knowledge of engineering materials & manufacturing processes.

For General Manager-

• The candidate should have a First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Engineering from a recognized University / Institution.
• The candidate should have Post Graduation or Higher Qualification in Design/ Automobile will be of added advantage.

Experience –

• The candidate should have a minimum experience of 4 years in the design of various Engine systems like intake, Exhaust, Fuel systems, Coolant circuits, Lubrication circuits, Crank trains, Valve trains, Power trains, Gear trains and electrical & electronics systems.
• The candidate should have Good knowledge of CRDI System /Emission norms for CEV V, and Stage V and equivalent/ Good command of 3D modeling for all Engine Components using CREO.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of Casting, sheet metal, Stamping parts/ GD &T, tolerance stake-up analysis, DBJ, Drawing quality and Manufacturing process. FEA Simulation- Able to read and understand Structural analysis results. Able to read TMF Results and implement necessary design changes in Design.
• The candidate should have experience in Project Management, Life cycle management Experience in product configuration management like BOM, Option and structuring of parts & assemblies and Engineering design change cycle Analysis and Design guidance including design/boundary input data for 1D, 3D, FEA & CFD analysis is for Internal Combustion systems. Should have strong Engineering Technical and Analytical knowledge.
