Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is accepting applications from eligible and experienced professionals for the post of Project Officer-I (Finance). The chosen candidate will get a consolidated remuneration of Rs.40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs.45000 per month for the 2nd year, Rs.50000 per month for the 3rd year, and Rs.55000 per month for the 4th years. In addition Rs. 12,000 per year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance premiums, attire allowances, stitching charges, footwear allowances, etc. The maximum age required for the above post should be 32 years. The applicants will be appointed for a period of 03 years, further extendable for a maximum of 01 year (i.e. maximum tenure of 4 years) based on requirements and individual performance.

Retention Bonus for Project Engineer: Project Engineers who join as Project Engineer-I and complete an overall tenure of 4 Years will be entitled to a Retention Bonus of Rs.25,000/- for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 04 Years i.e., Rs.1,00,000.
The applicants will be engaged initially for a period of 03 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year (i.e., a maximum tenure of 4 years) based on requirements and individual performance.
