For Super Speciality:

• A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of Section 13 of Indian Medical Council, 1956 (102 of 1956)
• The candidate should have a postgraduate Degree in concerned super speciality.

For Super Speciality Specialist (Full Time/Part time) (Senior Scale)

• A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of Section 13 of Indian Medical Council, 1956 (102 of 1956)
  The candidate should have a postgraduate degree in the concerned superspeciality.
  The candidate should have five years of experience in the concerned superspeciality after obtaining a first graduate degree.
• Note: In the case of holders of a Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Masters of Chirurgical (M.Ch.) qualification of five year duration, the period of senior postgraduate residency rendered in the last part of said Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Masters of Chirurgical (M.Ch.) shall be counted towards the requirement of experience.

For Senior Residents:

• The candidate should have a PG degree or diploma in the concerned specialty from a university. The candidate should have valid NMC/ State Medical Council/ State Dental Council registration.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

For faculty:

• The engagement of contractual faculty on consolidated remuneration will be initially for a period of one year or joining of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier. • The tenure in respect of Senior Residents will be initially for 01 year extendable every year, up to three years on satisfactory performance and conduct as per ESIC Residency Scheme.
