• The officers working in / retired from railways/government organizations / CPSUs/Metro’s, in the following CDA/IDA pay scale, including services put on deputation, with a minimum of 05 years of experience in the inspection of manufacturing of railway/metro coaches, or, experience in maintenance of Railway/stock, or, experience in railway workshops/railway/railway production units for the post.

NOTE: The officials, who are in regular service in railways, / organizations, CPSUs / metros at present, will also be considered eligible, provided they opt for retirement from the service through VRS or otherwise before joining DMRC.

The officers pay scale eligibility criteria:

• For the post of Manager/Inspection Officers working in, or, retired from, the CDA pay scale at Pay Level 11 (67700–208700) as per the 7th CPC, or the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 60000–180000, on a regular basis, in any government. organization/railways/CPSUs/metros, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 05 (Five) years of experience at the Gazetted / Executive level in the relevant field.

For the post of Assistant Manager/Inspection:

• The officers working in, or retired from, the CDA pay scale at Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) as per the 7th CPC, or, IDA Pay scale of Rs. 50000 –160000, on a regular basis, in any Govt. organization always/ CPSUs, or metros, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 05 (Five) years’ experience at Gazetted / Executive level, in the relevant field.

Mode of Selection for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

The selection method for DMRC will comprise a Personal Interview. The interview should be conducted in the Third week of November, 2024 through offline/online mode (tentatively) . The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness.
