Overview:

Danfoss is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Business Analyst at their Noida, India location. You will be responsible for developing a Plan for Targeted accounts prioritizing growth initiatives and strategically positioning Danfoss’s product portfolio as per customer needs. This role also involves Key Account Management & managing the business via Distributors. Responsible to plan, align & achieve annual revenues & targets

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business & Grow Danfoss portfolio at existing & new accounts
  • Act as the first point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Maintaining a meticulous pipeline for growth opportunities & new projects in line with the business requirements
  • Collaborate with the colleagues across Segments and take full accountability for closure. This involves Working with design, sales team,
    creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
  • Keep track of competitors’ activity with each account and preparing the monthly reports for management review
  • Dedicated focus to grow the Danfoss Bock business
  • Develop extensive relationship with the client post Sales Closure.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Good record maintenance, planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with team members,
    stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Periodic review meeting with customers & distributors to review & propose revised mechanisms for fostering growth
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferable with added business administration
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Sales. Scroll & semi hermetic compressor knowledge would be added advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent Analytical, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Self Driven, self motivated, focused and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the in
