KIOCL Recruitment 2024: KIOCL is inviting eligible candidates to fill out the Company Secretary position. Based on the official notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2024, there is only 01 vacancy. Candidate must have a Degree in any Subject from a recognized University with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and an Associate/ Fellow Member of ICSI. Aspirants applying for the post are required to send a Demand Draft for Rs.500 drawn in favour of “KIOCL Limited” payable at Bengaluru. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories are exempted from submission of the Demand Draft.
In accordance with the official notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2024, the minimum age limit for the assigned position is 18 years and the maximum age limit should not be more than 48 years. Candidate should at least 18 years of post-qualification experience out of which a minimum of 05 years in any PSU or listed Company in the Company Secretary Department.
