CSL Recruitment 2024: The Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) is seeking online applications from brilliant and dedicated candidates for the post of Outfit Assistant (Fitter) and Scaffolder on contract basis. There are a total of 05 Vacancies for the above post. The above post is temporary in nature and for a maximum period of three years subject to project requirements and individual performance.
The selected candidates will be posted at CSL Kolkata Ship repair unit (CKSRU) / any other CSL units /any project sites as desired by CSL.
According to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, The upper age limit prescribed for the posts shall not exceed 30 years as of 18 November 2024, i.e. applicants should be born or after 19 November 1994. The selection process is completed in different stages for each post. For Outfit Assistants, the method of selection will include Phase I – Objective type test and Phase II practical test, whereas for Scaffolders post, the method of selection will be through practical test and physical test. Application fee of Rs. 300 (non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) for this post should be remitted using the Online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking /Wallets/UPI, etc). Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) need not pay the application fee. They are exempted from payment of the application fee. Deserving and suitable candidates should submit their online application form via the official website of CSL before the due date.
