SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is soon anticipated to officially announce the SSC CGL Tier Result 2024. Results will be published on the official website of SSC i.e., ssc.gov.in. Candidates who this year appeared for the SSC CGL Tier 1 examinations will be able to access their results at the same website using their login credentials. The SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 Examination 2024 was conducted from September 9 to 26. The examination was held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The SSC CGL Vacancies 2024 are expected to be released after the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024 declaration.
This year, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the provisional answer key on October 01, 2024. Candidates were allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key from October 3 to October 8, 2024. The SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024 will be prepared based on the SSC CGL Tier 1 final answer key. This year, the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam included multiple-choice, objective-type questions covering General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each section included 25 questions, with a weightage of 50 marks. Questions in the exam were both in English and Hindi languages.
In order to clear the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam, candidates must receive 30% of marks if belong to the unreserved category, candidates from OBC and EWS categories are required to achieve 25% of marks and all the other categories must receive atleast 20% marks in the examination. SSC CGL Recruitment 2024 is conducted to fill a total of 17,727 vacancies at Group B and Group C positions across various Ministries, Departments, and Organizations of the Government of India, as well as several Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies, and Tribunals.
