SSB Official Announcement: Odisha Police Constable Admit Card 2024 to be Released Soon
Odisha Police Constable Admit Card 2024: The Services Selection Board (SSB) has announced that the admit cards for the post of Constable/Sepoy recruitment examination for different battalions of Odisha Police will be released soon. Once the admit cards are released, candidates will be able to download them from the official website, odishapolice.gov.in.
The e-admit card for constables/sepoys in battalions will be launched soon on the official portal of the Odisha Police State Selection Board (OPSSB). Applicants involved are advised to check the portal of OPSSB regularly to download their admit card and for the latest updates.
The deadline for the application has been extended twice till now. Initially, the last date was October 13, which was first extended up to October 30 in consideration of the pooja vacation. Later on, following the Odisha High Court’s direction, the deadline was again extended to November 15. The SSB has also said that several candidates had filed petitions in the High Court regarding relaxation in the upper age limit. Primarily, the board informed them that they could submit their forms between November 1 and November 7. Yet, on October 28, the Court ordered an extension of the application deadline till November 15.
On the other hand, the application form correction window was available from November 17 to November 20.

Step 1: Visit the official website, odishapolice.gov.in.
Step 2: On the home page, click on the admit card download link for the constable/Sepoy posts.
Step 3: Fill in the requested login information.
Step 4: Submit and download the Odisha Police Constable admit card.
There are four rounds in the process of selection for Constable/Sepoy vacancies-
In the first round, which is a computer-based examination, candidates will have to attempt 100 objective-type, multiple-choice questions, which are worth one mark each. The duration of the exam will be two hours. Also, there will be negative markings in this exam. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
