CSL Recruitment 2024: The Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) is seeking online applications from desirous and eligible candidates for the post of Executive Trainees in multiple Disciplines. These disciplines include mechanical, electrical, electronics, civil, HR, Finance and IT, and Naval Architecture. There are 44 opportunities. The shortlisted applicants for CSL Recruitment 2024 will be given Rs.80280 per month. Annual CTC is approximately Rs 14 lakh. The posting locations will be CSL, Kochi/ CMSRU, Mumbai/ CKSRU, Kolkata/ CANSRU, A and N Islands.
To apply for CSL Recruitment 2024, the maximum age limit is 27 years. The applicant will be selected on the basis of Objective Type Online Test and Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills, and Personal Interview. According to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, the candidate selected as Executive Trainee will have to undergo 01 year training during which the trainee will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs.50000. On successful completion of 01-year training, the Executive Trainee shall be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager in E-1 Grade in the scale of pay of 40000-3%-140000 and pay fixed at the start of the scale. The Annual CTC (at the minimum of the E1 scale) is 14 lakhs approximately.

According to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, The selection process comprises two phases: Phase I is an Objective Type Online Test, and Phase II is Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills, and Personal Interview.
