Indian Navy Recruitment 2024: The Indian Navy invited unmarried eligible men & women candidates for the grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Information Technology (Executive Branch) of the Indian Navy under the Special Naval Orientation Course for course commencing Jun 2025 onwards at the Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala. According to the official notification of Indian Navy Recruitment 2024, there are 15 openings to be filled for the mentioned post. The chosen candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs.56100 along with other allowances as admissible. The selected candidates will be hired on a probation period of 06 months.
The candidates who have M.Sc/ BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech (Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering/ Computer Engineering / Information Technology/ Software Systems/ Cyber Security/ System Administration and Networking/ Computer Systems and Networking/ Data Analytics/ Artificial Intelligence) are eligible to apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2024. The SSB interview will be used to determine the candidates. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates who are interested and qualified for Indian Navy Recruitment 2024 have to submit their online application on the official website of the Indian Navy on or before the due date. Based on the official notification of the Indian Navy Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be engaged for a probation period of 02 years. The probation period will commence from the date of grant of the rank of Sub Lieutenant and will terminate after two years or on completion of initial training (whichever is later). During probation, the officers are liable to be discharged in case of unsatisfactory performance at any stage.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the SSB interview as per the official notification of the Indian Navy Recruitment 2024. The merit list would be prepared based on SSB marks. Candidates declared fit in the medical examination would be appointed subject to police verification, character verification and availability of vacancies in the entry.
