In accordance with the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2023, the opportunity opened for eligible and desirous candidates for the positions of Quality Manager, Operation Manager and Nodal Officer on a contract basis at Flight Inspection Unit Safdarjung Airport New Delhi. There are 04 vacancies available for the mentioned positions.

Age Limitation for AAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for hiring consultants is 65 years old. However, he or she may be re-engaged as a consultant up to the age of 70, according to the level of skill and health conditions required for the profession.

Eligibility Criteria for AAI Recruitment 2023:

For Quality Manager-

• The candidates shall have a Degree preferably in Aeronautics/AME or Equivalent.
• The candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the aviation Industry.
• The candidates should have familiarity with aircraft maintenance statutory regulations.
• The candidates should know DGCA regulations and relevant CAR / Legislation governing or affecting the operation/maintenance of the aircraft. SMS Qualified.
• The candidates should be fluent in written and verbal communication skills.
• The candidates should have a good working knowledge of computer operation (MS Office applications.).
• The candidates should be worthy of commanding respect among peers and Management Officials.

For Operation Manager-

• The candidates should have academic graduation in any Discipline from a recognized university, established in India with a minimum 05 years’ experience in Aviation and a minimum of 02 Years as an operation Manager, Or a CPL holder with a working experience of a minimum of two years as an operation Manager.
• The candidates should be fluent in written and verbal communication skills.

For Nodal Officer-

• The candidates should have academic graduation in any Discipline from a recognized university, established in India with a minimum of 05 years of experience in Aviation and a minimum of 02 Years as an NSOP post holder.
• The candidates should be fluent in written and verbal communication skills.
• The candidates should have identified the manuals or documents that would be affected by the proposed changes and coordinated with other departments and all concerns and coordinate. Updating manuals/ documents in circulation.
• The candidates should ensure that departmental documents (Operations/ Maintenance/ Security/ Safety) are produced to the highest standards and as per Regulator requirements, while in circulation.
• The candidates should have to render technical support to the various NSOP post holders, to ensure the timely implementation of revisions, documents and procedures.
• The candidates should have timely implementation of amendments of the Operation manuals issued from time to time as Regulatory bodies advisory.
• The candidates should have to facilitate internal and external audits. Reporting of Deficiencies and taking corrective/remedial action for maintaining FIU NSOP status valid.

Salary for AAI Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly remuneration/ monthly Package shall be negotiable as per Industry standard from Rs.75000 to Rs.150000.

Tenure for AAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2023, the contract period shall be of 3 years, which is extendable for another 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and on mutual consent.

Place of Posting for AAI Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates will be assigned to the Flight Inspection Unit at Safdarjung Airport in New Delhi.

Selection Procedure for AAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2023, the selection of candidates will be called for personal interviews.
