Qualification and Experience for ADA Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ADA Recruitment 2023, the required qualification for the specified disciplines in the mentioned below-

For Project Engineer -1 (Engineering for Design)-

• At least a First class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
  Min. of 2 years experience.

Desirable-

• Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in the relevant fields of above from a recognized University.

Experience-

• Minimum 2 years experience in one or more of the following areas-
• Preparation of aircraft structural layouts.
• CAD modeling & drawings preparation using CATIA/Unigraphics.

Desirable-

• Preparation of DMU and kinematic analysis using CATIA/Unigraphics.
• Experience in Geometric Dimension and Tolerance and Quality procedures, Jigs and fixtures.

For Project Engineer-2

• At least First Class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics and Communications/Electronics and Telecommunication/Electronics and Instrumentation / Electrical and Electronics / Engineering.

Desirable-

• Master’s Degree in Engineering /Technology in any of the disciplines as mentioned above from a recognized University.

Experience-

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas-
• High-Frequency Electromagnetic modeling and simulations.
• Electromagnetic solvers i.e., Method of Moment and Physical Optics.
• Electromagnetic Design and Analysis of aircraft and its structures with or without radar absorbing materials using Method of Moment and/or Physical Optics based solvers.

Desirable-

• Design and Analysis of Radar Absorbing Materials/structures with Frequency Selective Surfaces using commercial Electromagnetic Software.
• Knowledge of Aircraft structures.
• Knowledge of metallic and composite materials.

For Project Engineer-3-

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University. Min. of 8 years experience.

Desirable-

• Ph.D. OR
• Master’s Degree in Engineering /Technology in any of the above-mentioned disciplines only from a recognized University.

Experience-

• Minimum 8 years of experience required in the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

Tenure for ADA Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ADA Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on Defind Limited Tenure Basis and the selected candidates will be appointed for a maximum period of 05 years. Additionally, the original length of the engagement offer is 03 years. The initial 03-year term may be modified or extended for an additional 02 years based on the need, years.

Selection Process for ADA Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of ADA Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an online interview. The candidates who are shortlisted after the preliminary online interview will be invited to attend a final personal interview, which will be held in accordance with the guidelines at the location and the date will be announced in the call letter. The final selection of candidates will be based only on the merit of marks earned by a candidate in the final personal interview.
