• MBA- Rural Management/Agriculture Marketing/ Agri Business Management/ Agri-Business and Rural Development.
• Post Graduate Diploma- Rural Management/Agri-Business Management (PGDM- ABM)/ Agriculture Marketing.
• Post-Graduate Degree- Agriculture Marketing/ Agri Business Management/ Rural Management.

Tenure for AIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of AIC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be engaged for a training period of 01 year.

Selection Process for AIC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of AIC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on an online test, interview and medical examination. Candidates can download their call letter from the official website.

Online Examination-

• The candidates will have to appear for an online examination (objective and descriptive) that is 2 hours 15 minutes (135 minutes) long and value 150 total points. For General, OBC & EWS, the minimum passing score in the online test is 60%, for SC/ST it is 55%. The details of the online test are as follows-

Interview-

• Candidates who passed the online examination will be ranked according to merit and invited to an interview that the company will conduct.
• The company maintains the right to set eligibility requirements to limit or improve the candidates invited for interviews in accordance with the number of openings.

Medical Examination-

• The final Selection of candidates will be subject to Medical Examination.
• Medical reports from the Government Hospital / LIC panel in the required format, properly stamped and signed by the doctor, will be approved.
• The candidate will be responsible for covering the cost of the medical examination.

Application Fee for AIC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of AIC Recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs.1000 and ST/SC/PwBD categories have to pay Rs.200 as an application fee. The candidate will be responsible for paying any bank transaction fees associated with online application and notification fee payments.
