The appointment of AIESL Recruitment 2024 is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be assigned for a period of 05 years which may be extended for a further period based on requirements of AIESL and performance. The candidates will have a career in the organization as per the Fixed Term Employment Scheme.

Salary for AIESL Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for AIESL Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as indicated below-

• The chosen candidates for the post of Assistant Supervisor will get a monthly salary of Rs.27000 all-inclusive emoluments, and vary over a period of five years, depending upon the length of service/experience.
• The chosen candidates for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee- Support Services will get a monthly stipend of Rs.40000 during the first year of training. Thereafter, will be graded as Assistant Engineer, subject to completion of training and performance assessment/level examination, etc. and will be paid an all-inclusive emoluments ranging between Rs. 59000 per month to Rs. 79000 per month over a period of four years (excluding training period), depending upon the length of service/experience.

Qualification for AIESL Recruitment 2024:

For Graduate Engineer Trainee- Support Services-

• The applicant must have a B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communication/ Industrial/ Production/ Chemical Engineering or its equivalent from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University and with a valid GATE Percentile of 80% and above (75% & above for SC/ST/OBC).

For Assistant Supervisor-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of Graduation (B.Sc/B.Com/B.A.) or equivalent from Govt. a recognized university in any discipline and a Certificate course in Computer (Minimum 01-year duration) from a recognized institute with a Minimum 01-year work experience in data entry/computer applications in a reputed organization after post-qualification. OR
• The applicant must have a BCA/B.Sc. (CS)/ Graduate in IT/CS or equivalent with a minimum of 01 year of work experience in data entry/computer applications in a reputed organization after post-qualification.

Selection Process for AIESL Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for AIESL Recruitment 2024 on the basis of a written test/Skilled Test, personal interview and Pre-Employment Medical Examination. The date, time and venue of the selection procedure will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
