Qualification for AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024:

For IT Helpdesk Coordinator-

• The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E/MCA) in Computer Science, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent.
• The candidate should have Minimum 02 years’ experience in IT helpdesk, ticketing software.
• The candidate should have BCA with minimum 03 years’ experience in IT helpdesk, ticketing software.

Desirable–

• Knowledge of different RDP software
• Basic understanding of MS & OS and software installation & upgradation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

For Computer Hardware Repair/ Maintenance and Networking Assistant-

• The candidate should have Graduate or equivalent from a recognized University or Diploma/Associate Degree in Computer Hardware Repair/Maintenance and Networking of minimum of 02 years duration.

Desirable-

• Knowledge of LAN and WAN.
• The candidate should have Experience of minimum 05 years in the field of Hardware and Networking /Exchange Operator and CCTV Cameras etc.

For Desktop Support Engineer-

• The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E/MCA) in Computer Science, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent; and 
• The candidate should have Minimum 02 years’ experience in technical support / desktop support role, OS & software installation and hardware repairs.
• The candidate should have BCA with minimum 03 years’ experience in technical support / desktop support role, OS & software
  installation and hardware repairs.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Referring to the official notification of AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have to deposit an application processing fees (non-refundable) of Rs.885 . There will not be any other mode of payment of registration and application processing fee. Selection Process for AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024, the selection will be based on a skill test. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/ document verification / personal interaction / joining the duty on selection etc. Candidates will be informed via email / telephone for their Skill Tests/Interview/Interaction.
