• For Nursing Superintendent- The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Level-11 as per the 7th CPC (Rs. 67700 to Rs.208700). 
• For Administrative Officer- The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Level 10 as per the 7th CPC (Rs. 56100 to Rs.177500). 

Essential Qualification and Experience for AIIMS Mangalagiri Recruitment 2024:

For Medical Superintendent- 

• Officers holding analogous posts in Central Government / State government with the following educational qualifications may apply for the post:
• A Medical Qualification included in the I or II schedules or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualification included in Part II or third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act.
• A post-graduate qualification, eg: MD or MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto OR MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a postgraduate degree recognized as equivalent to MHA by the Medical Council of India.

Experience: The applicants must have Ten (10) Years of experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the PG Degree in a senior position, preferably in Hospitals with 300 beds or more. (Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years).

For Registrar-

• Officers under the Central/ State/ UT Governments/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations having educational qualifications and experience as given below:
• A graduate of a recognized University.
• The candidate should have Seven years of experience in administration in a supervisory capacity or as a teacher in a University/ teaching institution including the conduct of examination and admission and assignment of teaching programmes for undergraduate and postgraduates etc.

Desirable-

• A Postgraduate degree.

For Nursing Superintendent-

• Officers of the State/ Central Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts OR Deputy/ Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.

For Administrative Officer-

• Officers under the Central/State Government/U.T. Administrations of the Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR With 2/3 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs.4800/- or Rs.4600/- respectively in the relevant field.
