All India Radio Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director (Engineering)-cum-Head of Office, Regional News Unit, All India Radio (RNUAIR), Ranchi has invited Applications from the Candidates meeting the Eligibility for Contractual Part-Time Correspondent (PTC) Posts under Revised Scheme based on the Prasar Bharati issued All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 20.07.2023. The All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Notified Part-Time Correspondent Post shall be filled up with Posting in 02 Districts; viz., Ranchi and Chatra on a Contractual Basis. According to the All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, the Last Date for receipt of duly completed Applications from the Candidates in the Head of Office, Regional News Unit (All India Radio) shall close on 31.07.2023.
Accordingly based on the All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Eligible Candidates with Interest in Part-Time Correspondent Posts on a Contractual Basis should apply in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma Receivable Before or On 31.07.2023. According to the All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, Post-Selection for Part-Time Correspondent, Monthly Salary will be disbursed as explained hereunder:
Monthly Remuneration will be calculated in accordance with the NSD’s (News Services Division) of the All India Radio Circular No. RNU /PTC Guidelines/Modification/2022/1426, Dated 22.12.2022, subject to the Incumbent’s satisfactory rendering of service to be certified by RNU Head, Akashvani with the Maximum Limit Rs. 9050.00 Per Month including Conveyance and Communication Charges.
Based on the All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Age Limit as on 23.06.2023 stipulated for Appointment as Probationary Part-Time Correspondents is as follows:
Age Limit: Minimum 24 Years and Maximum 45 Years
Based on the All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligibility inclusive of Educational Qualification, Desirable Experience and Essential Qualification for Part-Time Correspondent Post is as follows:
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Journalism/Mass Media or Graduate with Minimum 02 Years’ Journalistic Experience.
Essential Qualifications:
i) Knowledge of Computer and Word Processing.
ii) Possession of News Gathering Devices
iii) The Applicant must be residing within 10 Kilometers of the Affiliated District Head Quarter/Head Quarter
Desirable: Audio Visual Equipment Must be in possession for News Coverage
Experience: 02 Years’ Journalistic Experience should in the Electronic Media
The Selection Procedure for Contractual Engagement of Part-Time Correspondent Posts mandates Personal Interview.
The Selection Process will involve an Interview. The Candidates on the basis of Desired Qualifications, Professional Experience, Knowledge about District and State, Current Affairs, Awareness of Welfare Schemes of the Central Government, acquaintance with Radio News, Journalistic Aptitude, Writing Skills, Familiarization with Communication Technologies, etc.
On Initial engagement of a Part-Time Correspondent, His/Her Work Performance Would be monitored for three Months. The Contract will be renewed on a Monthly Basis. If his/her work is found to be Satisfactory during this period, so he/she may be offered an Annual/Yearly Contractual till Candidate’s attaining 60 Years. The Certificate for Satisfactory Performance should be issued by the Regional News Unit Head.
According to the All India Radio Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Eligible Candidates with Interest in the Part-Time Correspondent Posts may apply ensuring that the Duly completed Applications annexed with all Documents should be receivable up to 31.07.2023.
