Ambedkar University Delhi Recruitment 2023: Ambedkar University Delhi is inviting interested and well-qualified candidates for the post of Guest Faculty in the discipline of Hindi. As mentioned in the official notification of Ambedkar University Delhi Recruitment 2023, the panel will be valid for one year, however, the validity of the panel may be extended till the completion of the ongoing Semester, if required. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have a Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/ relevant/ allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M. Phil./ Ph.D. Degree) Regulations or the candidates should have Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/ institution with a ranking among top 500 in the World University Ranking. The superannuated teachers may also be considered for engagement as Guest Faculty subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years.
According to the official notification of Ambedkar University Delhi Recruitment 2023, the Honorarium for Guest Faculty as per entitlement i.e. Rs.1500 per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs.50000 per month as per UGC norms. Guest Faculty will not be treated like regular teachers for the purpose of voting rights or for becoming members of the various statutory bodies of the University. The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of presentation/ seminar/ interview or a combination thereof. The final selection will be totally based on the walk-in interview conducted by the committee.
