APSC Recruitment 2024: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is recruiting aspirants for the posts of Stenographer Gr II (English) and Stenographer Gr II (Language) in Assam Secretariat (Janata Bhawan) under the General Administration Department. Candidates belonging to BPL and PwBD including Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempt from paying an Application Fee, whereas General including Ex-Servicemen candidates need to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 250, whereas for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC including Ex-Servicemen candidates will pay Rs.150.
The selection process for above listed posts will comprise of two parts; Stenographer Proficiency Test and Objective Type Written Test. The Stenography Proficiency Test and Objective Type Written Test will be held at Guwahati.
