H&M is hiring an experienced Area controller at their Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should be someone who always puts the customer first, loves to work with people and has an eye for detail. You’re a leader who sees the big picture and you also understand that the details make the difference when you are working for a company with the scale and pace of H&M. The stores and area teams see you as a leader and a strategic partner; someone who can analyze the performance of a given store and critically assess the decisions being made through the lens of profitability. As a person, you are interested in securing strong operations and maximizing Sales & Profit by coaching and developing the store leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Increase selling and profitability.
• Secure the best scheduling, keeping the customer in mind.
• Secure best practice garment allocation.
• In applicable markets: Support store administration.
• Coordinate with Country Controller, Area team to ensure recruitment and training of controlling talents in order to support the business needs.
