Appointment Reference: 03 Years on Central Deputation Basis
According to the Asian Development Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, Maximum Age Limit desirable for Central Deputation is as follows:
Age Limit: The Officer should not be exceeding 54 Years.
The Eligibility, in accordance with the Asian Development Bank Recruitment 2023, comprising Educational Qualification and Desirable Mandatory Qualifications may be succinctly read as follows:
A) Mandatory Qualifications:
The Officer
i) must have worked for Minimum 02 Years at the Centre under the Central Staffing Scheme.
ii) should have Minimum “Very Good” Service Record. However, preference will be given to Officers having an ‘Outstanding’ Service Record with a Grading of 09 and above.
iii) should not have been posted on an Assignment in any Foreign/Captive Post of the Government of India, Earlier.
iv) should neither have been nominated for Foreign Training nor had been on Training Or Foreign Assignment currently.
v) should be Minimum 01 (One) Batch below the Batch of Officers who are currently Empaneled to hold the post of Joint Secretary or its Equivalent with the Central Government.
B) Desirable Qualifications:
i) Experience in the areas related to Infrastructure Development/International Trade/Public Finance in the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India or in the State Government.
ii) Experience in Externally Aided Projects.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics/Management/Public Finance/ International Trade.
Selection, in accordance with the Asian Development Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice shall be by Central Deputation involving Viva-voce/Personal Interaction. The Officer, post Selection as Adviser to Executive Director, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Manila (DS/Director Level) shall remain for 03 Years on Central Deputation.
