AVNL Recruitment 2023: Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) is hiring qualified candidates to fill up the post of Director (Human Resources) on a deputation basis. According to the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2023, the candidate should hold a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma/Program in Management (PGDM/PGPM) or Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management / HR Management from a recognised University/Institute will have an added advantage. The age limit for the assigning position should be between 45 years to age of superannuation 60 years.
As per the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have at least 05 years of experience. In accordance with the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2023, applicants will be paid upto Rs.340000 per month. Interviews will be used to choose the candidates. Search-cum-selection committee reserves the right to interview applicants who have been shortlisted. As mentioned in the Official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be hired for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Candidates applying for the RBI Recruitment 2023 must have master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma/Program in Management (PGDM/PGPM) or Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management / HR Management from a recognised University/Institute will have an added advantage.
The official AVNL Recruitment 2023 notification candidates will receive a minimum salary of Rs. 180000 and a maximum salary of Rs. 340000 per month.
The minimum age requirement for candidates applying for the aforementioned position is 45 years old, as per the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2023.
The candidates will be selected through interviews. The search-cum-selection committee retains the ability to speak with shortlisted candidates during interviews.
