Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Responsible for Network performance improvement, tro plan proposal and troubleshooting.
• Recommend features and parameter for network level improvement
• Technical discussion with vendor, customer along with the proposal and benefit pack, taking the proposals to wards implementation and roll out.

Eligibility:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech (E&C)
• Experience: 10+years
• Strong Knowledge about tools Ericsson/Nokia/Huawei (BI, Winfoil, U2020, ENM, Netact, Wireshark)
• Good Knowledge of GSM/UMTS/VOLTE /5G Networks and Call flows
• Rich Experience in CS/IMS Core/UDC entities in multivendor environment (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia)
• Good experience multivendor Features, Commands, counters, parameters & Formulas.
• In-depth understanding of Telecom Protocols and technologies like SIP, SDP, H.248, DIAMETER, IP protocols etc.
• Good Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills(Scripting knowledge is a value added)
• Excellent Communication/Presentation / interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the Customer Expectations
