• Out of this, the candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience at the senior level / HoD level in projects involving power transmission transportation systems, railways and SCADA.
  The candidate should have experience in planning, tendering, bid evaluation, execution, testing & commissioning, post contract monitoring, etc.
• Candidate with Railway / Metro Rail System experience shall be preferred.

For Executive Director (Systems):

• The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• The candidate should have a proven track record of minimum 22 years in Group ‘A’ executive service in railways and major rail-based urban transport projects, viz., Metro Rail Corporations / RRTS.
• Out of this, the candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience at the senior level / HoD level in planning, tendering, execution and commissioning of rolling stock or signaling and telecommunication components of railways or metro rail systems.
• The candidate should have experience in planning, tendering, bid evaluation, execution, testing & commissioning, post contract monitoring, etc.
  Candidate with Railway / Metro Rail System experience shall be preferred.

For Deputy Chief Engineer (Contracts):

• The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
• The candidate should have a proven track record of minimum 15 years’ experience in Group ‘A” executive service in railways, railways, and major rail-based urban transport projects, viz., Metro Rail System, RRTS, /CPSE / Central PWD.
• The candidate should have experience in preparation and review of large value procurement tenders with international agency funding in large infrastructure projects.
• Out of this, the candidate should have at least 5 years of work experience at the senior level in preparation of tender documents, tender review and evaluation and arbitration.
• Candidate with law qualification will have added advantage.

Deputation Basis:

• The candidate should have JAG/SG or equivalent grade with a proven track record of minimum 12 years’ experience in the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers Mechanical Engineers / Civil Engineers in Railways, Railway PSUs, Metro Rail Projects / RRTS/ Central PWD and CPSE.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in tender & contract management of large value tenders with exposure to International competitive bidding (ICB) in railways, / PSUs, metro rail projects / RRTS.
• Candidate with work experience in Sub-Urban Railway and Metro Rail projects shall be preferred
