Age Limits (As On 01.10.2022):

1) Minimum 24 Years and Maximum 40 Years.

2) Minimum 23 Years and Maximum 35 Years.

3) Minimum 31 Years and Maximum 45 Years.

4) Minimum 35 Years and Maximum 50 Years.

Educational and Post-Qualification Experience: The Eligible Candidates should have the following Qualifications and Post-Qualification Experiences in possession

For Post Nos. 1, 2 and 3: Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline from any University Duly Recognized by the Government of India/Government Bodies/ University Grants Commission (UGC)/All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

For Post No. 4: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation from any University Duly Recognized by the Government of India/Government Bodies/University Grants Commission (UGC)/All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or Institution.

Preference will be given to the Candidates with MBA or Equivalent Degree from any Business School/College of Repute.

For Post Nos. 01 & 02: Desirable Qualification/Certification: a) 02 Years’ Full-Time Post Graduate Degree Or Diploma in Management.b) Regulatory Certifications, e.g., National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM)/The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA).

For Post No. 03: Desirable Qualification: 02 Years’ Full-Time Post Graduate Degree Or Diploma in Management.

Post-Qualification Experience (PQE):

1) Senior Relationship Manager

Minimum 02 Years’ Experience as Relationship Manager (RM) in Wealth Management with the Public Banks/Private Banks/ Foreign Banks/Broking Firms/Security Firms/Asset Management Companies, etc.

Desirable: Proficiency/knowledge in the Regional Dialect/Local Dialect/Area/Market/Clients.

2) e-Wealth Relationship Manager

PQE: Minimum 1½ Years’ Experience as Relationship Manager (RM) in Wealth Management with the Public Banks/Private Banks/ Foreign Banks/Broking Firms/Security Firms/Asset Management Companies, etc. Or Sales/Services of High Value Financial Products through Digital Medium (Telephone/Video or Web)

Desirable: Proficiency/knowledge in the Regional Dialect/Local Dialect/Area/Market/Clients.

3) Group Sales Head (Virtual RM Sales Head)

PQE: Minimum 10 Years’ Relevant Work Experience in Financial Services, Investment Advisory out of which Minimum 05 Years’Experience in Wealth Management, etc.

4) Operations Head-Wealth

PQE: Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in Financial Services, YInvestment Advisory and Private Banking out of which Minimum 08 Years’ Experience in setting up and Managing Mid Office, Back Office and Branch Operations of Wealth Management Set-up.
