Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda is seeking retired armed forces personnel to fill up the post of Defence Banking Advisor (DBA) and Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) on a contract basis. As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 05 vacant seats available for this recruitment. Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
Candidate will be appointed on a contract basis, where aspirants applying for Defence Banking Advisor (DBA) will be hired for 03 years or upto attaining the age of 62 years, whichever is earlier, subject to performance review on a regular basis and for Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) post applicant need to serve for a period of 05 years or upto attaining the age of 62 years, whichever is earlier, subject to performance review on regular basis. In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be paid between Rs.18 lakhs to Rs.24 lakhs per annum. Applicant selection will be based on shortlisting and subsequent rounds of Personal Interviews and/or Group Discussion as mentioned in the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023. As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, applicants chosen for the positions of Defence Banking Advisor (DBA) and Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) will be posted in the locations given in the table below.
The maximum age for a Defence Banking Advisor (DBA) is 60 years and for a Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) the age limit will be 57 years as per Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023.
As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the candidate selected for Defence Banking Advisor (DBA) will get a fixed compensation of Rs.24 lakhs per annum and Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) will get a fixed compensation of Rs.18 lakhs per annum.
Candidates will be hired on a contract basis; those applying for the position of Defence Banking Advisor (DBA) will be hired for three years or until they reach the age of 62, whichever comes first, subject to performance reviews on a regular basis. Candidates applying for the position of Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) must serve for five years or until they reach the age of 62, whichever comes first, subject to performance reviews on a regular basis.
In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, shortlisting will determine who moves on to the next phase of personal interviews and/or group discussions. Call letters for the GD, interview, and/or selection process may be sent by the bank to the registered email address.
