Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda is inviting interested and eligible ex-banker with at least 5 years of experience in any nationalised bank / RRB / Private Bank OR Business correspondent / BC Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience OR Ex RSETI Director/Faculty with at least 5 years of experience to fill the 01 vacant seat of a Financial Literacy (FLC) Counsellor at the Hisar District centres in the state of Haryana on a contract basis. According to the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the above post must have a Graduate degree from a recognized university.

As mentioned in the Official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, for the FLC Counsellor post, the applicant must be at least 64 years old and in good health. As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will be paid Rs.23000, where they will get Rs.18000 as monthly remuneration and Rs.5000 as travel expenditure reimbursement. In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the aspirant will be appointed on a contractual basis and shall not be more than one year, and subject to an annual review, the contract may be renewed by RO with ZO consent based on satisfactory performance. The Zonal Manager will be the competent Authority for the renewal of the contract.   •  Candidate should possess a flair for teaching and computer knowledge.
  • Candidates for the post of FLC counselor may be selected from the open market.
  • Counselors should have sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, Pension, law, finance, requisite communication, and team building skills, etc.

  •  Candidate Shall be an ex-banker (Officer cadre) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Nationalized Bank / RRB / Pvt. Bank.

  • Candidate Should have a  minimum of 5 years experience in banking / with related fields, MBFCs / Fls.

  • Candidate Should be a Business correspondent / BC-Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Carry on day-to-day activities of FLCs as per guidelines of RBI
  • To maintain an arm’s length relationship with the Author Banks.
  • Not to give the impression that the counseling centers are pan of the bank.
  • Not to promote the products of the Banh.
  • Not to give an impression to the general public/bank constituents that the counseling centers are recovery or marketing agents of the bank.
  • To provide counseling services except to willful defaulters.
  •  Impart financial literacy in the form of simple messages like why save, why save with banks, why borrow from Banks, etc.
  • To provide counseling and debt management services free of cost to the customers so as to put no additional burden on Them.
  • To provide financial literacy activities to the trainees of rural development and self-employed training institute toward skill development capacity building for increased earnings/debt repaying ability of the distressed borrower families.
  • Assist and guide distressed individual borrowers.
  • Not to involve themselves in recovering and distributing money.
  • To ensure that the miss-selling of financial products and services does not take place.
  • To conduct Financial literacy Camps on Digital banking with the latest digital banking Products.
  • To maintain records in the form of a register containing details such as name, gender, age, profession, contact details, whether banked or unbanked, details of services availed, and whether linked with banking services.

Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:
